Welcome to our 1960s split-level

join us on our journey to make a well loved and well treated 1964 brick split level our own. For the low low price of FREE, enjoy 3,200 square feet of decorating and .30 acres of gardening going on. We are fans of 50s and 60s style (very Mad Men) and because so much of the house is in top condition, there won't be tons of remodeling for a few years. That's right...the pink bathroom stays for a while but we hope some day to expand it, as well as the master bathroom. The kitchen will get a complete make over but we hope to keep the vibe of the house in all of our decorating/remodeling. For a brief history on our "new" home, please see the "history" page...
