MAY 2011

1.  Remove carpet from foyer and library and replace with hardwood flooring (Carolina Split).

2.  fix a few window latches at Carolina Split.

3.  Ikea furniture run.

4.  Order kegerator {THIS is on hold…our funds are low until we rent out Pepperhill}.

5.  Prepare Pepperhill for renting.

a. patch nail holes, touch up paint.

b.  mow and prune 

April 2011

1.  Pressure wash out buildings (both Carolina Split and Pepperhill).  Check for any repairs needed.

2. PACK UP Pepperhill house.

a. master bathroom

b. master bedroom

c. master closet

d. kitchen and dinning area

e. laundry

f. living room

g. man cave

h. outdoor storage sheds (lawn and xmas stuff)

3. Change locks and install deadbolts on Carolina Split.

4.  change out some door stoppers at Carolina Split.

5. change out shower heads at Carolina Split.

6. clean and polish cabinets at Carolina Split.

7. shelf liner in Carolina Split cabinets.

8. fix a few of the kitchen cabinet latches at Carolina Split.

9. unpack all boxes.

10. take all broken down boxes to the recycling center.

11. clean up lawn debris.
